On December 12, 2015, even though it was a winter morning covered with fog haze , The team of volunteers led by our volunteers service department still got up early to take the subway to Shumei nursing home.

 The volunteers went to different floors to visit the old people.They chatted with the old ,helped the nurse to take care of the elder with limited physical mobility .A volunteer fed a old man who was sick in the bed. Some volunteers just listened to the old to talk about their stories in life.Many volunteers took photos with the old ,they seemed glad to do it , a faint smile lights up the old men faces when the volunteers surround by them, just like their families.  Volunteers promised to bring good photos to them next time.

 After the visit , volunteers also invited the old to appreciate the program which was carefully prepared by them..The old people were infected by the enthusiasm of young volunteers, and several old men came up the stage to sing songs or act the traditional Chinese opera for everyone.Someones among them have many gifts,their attitudes toward life were optimistic and positive. Though the activities, both volunteers and the old gained much fun.

 Qualitative change from the quantitative change. We believe that the arrival of the volunteers can bring vigour to the nursing room, sent joy and love to the old man .The tiny companion may make them feel not so lonely.
