Liang Hong, Professor of the National Science and Technology Plan Expert Database and Think Tank, who is called “The college students innovation and entrepreneurship mentor" concentrating mainly on innovative entrepreneurship came to School of Sociology of CCNU and delivered a lecture at 6p.m. of October 20,2016, in 301, Building 9, CCNU. The topic of his lecture was “The Law of Entrepreneurial Success”.
Xue Pingjun , Deputy Party Secretary, Zhen Cheng , Instructor of Grade 2016, attended the lecture with students from School of Sociology, School of Marxism and School of Psychology.
Xue Pingjun, Deputy Party Secretary, presided over the opening of this lecture. He guided the attendees to the theme by adducing Premier Li Keqiang’s attention to innovative entrepreneurship and the Liu Qiangdong and Ma Yun's entrepreneurial experiences. Then Professor Laing opened the lecture with mocking his lean body to indicate that it is a tough way to have your own business, but he counselled us “Only explore ways to success instead of finding an excuse for a fail failure”. This lecture was divided into two parts, the first part was the entrepreneurial ability, the second part was the core elements of entrepreneurship.
In the first part, Professor Liang offered his insight into cognition and understanding about entrepreneurship，he pointed out that we should regard ourselves as entrepreneurs, the study work as industry, acting according to our capability. Afterwards, he put emphasis on the quality and capacity during the entrepreneurship, and it was significant to have the spirit of adventure and go out with your dream, mind, strong will and motivation in the lonely travel, at the same time, we could not ignore the importance of a healthy body. Next, in the Q&A session, Prof Liang summarized some methods to enhance the ability of entrepreneurship, for example, having innovation spirit, engaging a business mentor, finding better cooperative partners in the process of learning and summarizing.
In the second part, Professor Liang mainly explained the core elements of entrepreneurship comprising entrepreneurship program, team building and commercial design pattern. It was essential procedures for understanding the project to conduct market research, excavate and assemble and innovate and invent. Prof. Liu then played "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" video, in which "LGZ three sworn brothers" and "Three Visits to the Hut" plots to demonstrate the importance of team cooperation for students, said in his speech, “Never exploit brotherhood for common interests, do utilize common interests to building brotherhood”. Afterwards, he shared his outlook on commercial design pattern selection. At last, Director Ma Chang drew upon her individual expertise to offer advice on employment.
Prof. Liang unfolded a wonderful discussion concerning entrepreneurship，and the teacher and students strengthened the connection by means of creating WeChat group face to face. In the end, sustained applause broke out after Prof. Liang’s inspiring speech, and the lecture concluded successfully.
