National Poverty Alleviation Publicity and Education Center, CCNU and Social Science Academic Press hosted the conference together. Huang Chengwei, director of National Poverty Alleviation Publicity and Education Center, Yang Qun, editor in chief of Social Science Academic Press, Li Zhou, former director of CASS Rural Development Institute, and other leaderships and experts turned up at the report conference.
Chinese Precision Poverty Alleviation Development Report 2016 is in the subject of "precise poverty reduction strategy and policy system”. The specific research work was finished by the community college in our school, poverty reduction and development research institute in the central region and the expert team of National Poverty Alleviation Publicity and Education Center. The dimension of the functional departments focuses on "suiting the remedy to the case". The dimension of the central - local gathers in "adjusting measures to local conditions ". The historical dimension converges on "changing with the situation ”. The combination of all three fully reflect the integrity and scientificity of relatively perfect precision poverty strategy and policy system.
